WBC 4.1 is designed to push you through a variety of dynamic exercises that blend strength training with cardiovascular movements. You’ll be working your muscles while keeping your heart rate elevated, maximizing calorie burn, and improving both endurance and strength. Equipment Needed: For this course, you’ll need two sets of free weights: A lighter set: These should be manageable for exercises that require higher repetitions or target smaller muscle groups (like shoulder presses or bicep curls). A heavier set: These should be challenging enough for exercises targeting larger muscle groups, such as squats, deadlifts, or chest presses. Having two sets of weights ensures that you can tailor your resistance to each exercise, allowing for optimal muscle engagement and progression. What to Expect: In this program, you’ll perform a combination of strength exercises followed by short bursts of cardio to keep your heart rate elevated. Expect to work all your major muscle groups, improve your stamina, and challenge your body in new ways each week.
