Course Overview: Intro to Weights - Wellness Bootcamp 7.1 This course is designed to introduce (or reintroduce) you to strength training using just one set of free weights. You’ll focus on mastering form, building total-body strength, and improving muscular endurance through safe, effective resistance movements. What to Expect: Progressive workouts using one set of dumbbells Movements that target major muscle groups with proper form Guidance on rest, recovery, and training frequency Built-in education to help you feel confident with weights Choose Your Weight Wisely: Beginner: 10-15 lb dumbbells Ready for a challenge: 20-25 lb set Already lifting regularly: Go for 30 lbs The goal? To feel challenged (especially during those last few reps) without risking injury or burning out. This course is about building a strong, sustainable foundation - one rep at a time.
