Intro to Weights is designed to introduce (or reintroduce) you to strength training using just one set of dumbbells. This course focuses on proper form, total-body strength, muscular endurance, and building confidence with weights through safe, effective resistance training.
Participants will work through progressive workouts targeting major muscle groups while learning about recovery, rest, and sustainable training habits. Whether you’re brand new to lifting or getting back into a routine, this course is built to help you create a strong foundation.
