Awareness. That’s the key to healthy eating in real life.
Most people do not realize how much restaurant meals, takeout, and prepared foods can affect the body if they are not paying attention.

These foods are often loaded with sodium from marinades, sauces, seasonings, and preservatives. Even when they seem healthy.
This can lead to temporary water retention, inflammation, and scale fluctuations the next morning.
But this is also where people slowly lose control without realizing it.
One meal out turns into an entire weekend. One indulgent meal becomes several more. And before you know it, the scale is up 5 pounds.
This is one of the biggest things I help my clients with. How to become more aware of what they are eating, how foods affect the body, and how to navigate real life in a healthier way without feeling deprived.
✔️ Choose grilled proteins and vegetables
✔️ Ask for no butter and light or no added salt whenever possible
✔️ Keep alcohol under control
✔️ Drink plenty of water
✔️ Get right back to eating healthy the next morning.
